You can reserve online or call us
at 360-376-4330 to make your
reservation and get additional information.

When you reserve we will email you
a confirmation and rental agreement (which we ask
you to sign and return) along with
directions on how to find us when you arrive on
Orcas Island. Please carefully review your
confirmation to make sure that it is correct. It
is you responsibility to notify us if you do not
receive an email confirmation from us within 48
hours after making your reservation or if the
dates reserved on your confirmation are incorrect.
You should mail, email or fax the rental agreement
back to us within 5 days of receipt.

We require a 50% deposit at the
time you make a reservation. This amount will be
posted to the credit card you provide at the same
time we email your confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits for
reservations cancelled less than 30 days in
advance (60 days for groups of more than 20 people
or reservations of one week or longer) will be refunded based upon our ability to
re-book the time period reserved. There is a
minimum $100 cancellation charge per unit in all
cases. If you fail to
provide us with advance notice of your cancellation you
will automatically forfeit the full amount of the
deposit.

Rentals for more than seven nights are pro-rated at the
lower weekly rate.

We accept personal checks, Visa
& MasterCard.

Pets are allowed only by special
advance arrangement in writing. No pets are
allowed inside any of our rental units.

No smoking or burning of candles or
incense is allowed inside any of
our rental units.
